About Cassidy Green
My Story
I first started going to the gym at 16, but my relationship with fitness looked very different then. I struggled with body image and my relationship with food, and most of my workouts consisted of swimming laps and experimenting with machines. In 2018, a friend introduced me to free weights, and in 2020, I began working with a trainer who introduced me to powerlifting. He helped me realize I was capable of much more than I thought, and inspired me to want to give other people that same experience. I began my career in the fitness industry in 2021 and competed in my first powerlifting meet in 2022. Over the years, I’ve continued to grow as both a coach and an athlete, and I’m now working toward my own bodybuilding competition. Then I became a mom. After two pregnancies and two C-sections, I had to rebuild my strength while navigating postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and motherhood. I ultimately lost nearly 50 pounds postpartum while continuing to prioritize strength and performance. That experience changed the way I approach coaching. I know what it’s like to start somewhere you didn’t expect, to have your body change, and to have to adapt your goals as life changes. I also know how empowering it can be to stop focusing only on how your body looks and start discovering what it can do.
Today, my goal is to help women build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with fitness through individualized training that fits their real lives.
I’m still training, still learning, and still working toward my own goals—and I believe that makes me a better coach
My Philosophy
I believe fitness should build a stronger body and a stronger sense of confidence—not become another source of pressure in your life.
There is no one perfect way to train or reach your goals. Your program should be built around you—your goals, experience, schedule, and life.
Whether you’re new to the gym or an experienced lifter, I’ll meet you where you are, help you understand the why behind your training, and give you the tools to become stronger and more confident.
My goal isn’t just to change how you look. It’s to help you discover what you’re capable of.
